The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We provide the DAS directory link to the left to make it easy for you to find a transport company that suits your specific needs and budget. We will help in any way possible to facilitate the shipping process. However, ultimately, shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser not the seller. All issues with the transportation process need to be addressed with the shipping company.

We will release a vehicle for shipping only when we have recieved full payment and all needed paperwork. We will assist in taking the vehicle to a local shipping terminal, but due to limited resources we may need up to three business days after the transaction is concluded to do so. We highly recommend you always purchase insured transport.

Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, in-house or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
A $50.00 documentation fee will be charge on vehicle sales. The inventory tax of 0.0017890 of the selling price will be applied on all purchase. The Dealer's Inventory Tax Charge reimburses the dealer for ad valorem taxes on its motor vehicle inventory. The charge wich is paid by the dealer to the county tax assessor-collector, is not a tax imposed on a consumer by the goverment. Texas residents pay a .0625 vehicle sales tax as well as title, registration, and inspection fees as applicable. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
