The 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK350 cabriolet is a spirited, open-top luxury sedan powered by a 3.5-liter, 24-valve, double-overhead-cam V-6 engine that produces 268 horsepower. The standard transmission is a seven-speed automatic with electronically controlled shifting, a driver-adaptive system that automatically adjusted shift points based on a driver's style, and a Touch Shift feature that allows the driver to upshift or downshift manually by nudging the shift lever left or right.
The CLK350 cabriolet is also equipped with an insulated, triple-layer soft top with a glass heated rear window. By pushing a single button on the console or on the car's SmartKey remote controller, one can automatically raise or lower the convertible top as well as all four side windows.
Standard features for the CLK350 includes an Electronic Stability Program that monitors steering and braking to keep the car stable and balanced under aggressive driving. Anti-lock brakes and Brake Assist were also part of the standard package.
Interior features includes 10-way power-adjustable front seats with three memory settings, premium leather upholstery, hand-polished wood trim, individually contoured rear seats, a leather-trimmed steering wheel, steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, power windows, electronic cruise control, digital dual-zone automatic climate control, and a six-speaker AM/FM stereo system with a CD player.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We provide the DAS directory link to the left to make it easy for you to find a transport company that suits your specific needs and budget. We will help in any way possible to facilitate the shipping process. However, ultimately, shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser not the seller. All issues with the transportation process need to be addressed with the shipping company. We will release a vehicle for shipping only when we have recieved full payment and all needed paperwork. We will assist in taking the vehicle to a local shipping terminal, but due to limited resources we may need up to three business days after the transaction is concluded to do so. Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

A $50.00 documentation fee will be charge on vehicle sales. The inventory tax of 0.0017890 of the selling price will be applied on all purchase. The Dealer's Inventory Tax Charge reimburses the dealer for ad valorem taxes on its motor vehicle inventory. The charge wich is paid by the dealer to the county tax assessor-collector, is not a tax imposed on a consumer by the goverment. Texas residents pay a .0625 vehicle sales tax as well as title, registration, and inspection fees as applicable. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
